Jane put me at ease right away,  listened carefully and was very patient helping me choose colours.  The result is beautiful, exactly what I wanted. Very gentle hair washer too which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. I'll be very happy to stay and support my local hairdressing salon. Great coffee too!
